We’ve been Oprah’s Favorite Thing (3X), gifted by A-List Celebs and titans of industry. We’re building an iconic, omnichannel brand that blends ephemeral luxury with modern lifestyle and performance marketing. Our next chapter is about scaling efficiently, optimizing digital growth levers, and enhancing the customer journey across every touchpoint. Role Overview We are looking for a data-driven, creative, and performance-minded Head of E-Commerce to lead the strategy, execution, and growth of High Camp Supply’s online business. This role will be responsible for revenue performance across Shopify and emerging marketplaces, overseeing digital acquisition, conversion rate optimization, and the full-funnel customer experience. You will own the intersection of brand, growth, and technology—balancing storytelling with ROI, elegance with urgency, and performance with prestige. Key ResponsibilitiesE-Commerce Strategy & Operations • Own all revenue-driving activity across HighCampSupply.com and related platforms. • Lead daily e-commerce operations including site merchandising, inventory planning, promotions, and product launches. • Build seasonal strategies around key calendar moments: Mother’s Day, Valentine’s, weddings, and launches. • Partner with operations to optimize fulfillment, reduce WISMO, and ensure seamless customer journeys. Performance Marketing & Acquisition • Lead the full performance marketing stack: Google Ads, Meta/Facebook/Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, and TikTok. • Collaborate with creative to test and scale winning paid ad creative and landing page variants. • Build an acquisition engine with a clear understanding of CAC, LTV, and blended ROAS. • Manage agency partners and media budgets efficiently and transparently. • Launch and manage email/SMS marketing strategy via Klaviyo: flows, segmentation, and campaign strategy. CRO & Site Optimization • Own site UX and CRO roadmap—including navigation, PDPs, checkout flow, speed, and mobile performance. • Leverage tools like Triple Whale, GA4, Hotjar, and Google Optimize to identify friction points and boost conversion. • Build A/B testing roadmap around offers, bundling, popups, cart upsells, and homepage modules. Retention & Customer Lifecycle • Build loyalty-driving retention strategies through high-touch email flows, replenishment nudges, and VIP perks. • Expand post-purchase experience including unboxing, subscriptions, and cross-sell automation. • Monitor customer satisfaction and returns/refunds with Customer Experience and CX tools. Analytics & Reporting • Own weekly/monthly eComm dashboards: traffic, conversion rate, revenue, ROAS, AOV, CAC, and LTV. • Provide executive summaries of wins, learnings, and optimizations for leadership and investors. • Translate data into insights—and insights into results. Qualifications • 6–10 years of experience in DTC e-commerce, ideally with a luxury, gifting, or performance-minded brand. • Proven success scaling a Shopify-based brand with >$5M in annual revenue. • Hands-on experience managing Meta, Google, and email/SMS marketing campaigns. • Advanced proficiency with Klaviyo, GA4, Triple Whale, Postscript, and ad platforms. • Deep understanding of SEO, conversion rate optimization, and analytics. • Strong creative instincts and a passion for brand storytelling with measurable impact. • Entrepreneurial mindset with high standards, ownership mentality, and obsession with optimization. • Bonus: experience in florals, luxury gifting, or subscription-based ecommerce.
