Who you are:
As Head of Growth, you will own digital revenue growth across all DTC channels, reporting directly to the VP of Marketing. You’ll lead the development and execution of our performance marketing strategy, website optimization, lifecycle and retention initiatives, and customer acquisition plans.
This is not a role for passive optimizers. You will own the P&L, set aggressive targets, deploy and reallocate budgets, and build the growth engine that will take BRĒZ from $100M to $500M+ in revenue.

What you will do:
Growth Strategy & Revenue Ownership
• Architect and execute a full-funnel, multi-channel growth strategy across paid media, lifecycle, CRO, affiliate, and influencer.
• Own forecasting, budgeting, KPI reporting, and revenue performance.
• Set and manage aggressive monthly goals for CAC, LTV, AOV, MER, and contribution margin.
• Act fast to reallocate resources based on real-time data and performance.
• Activate creative, scrappy, and scalable growth tactics beyond traditional media
Performance Marketing & Media Management
• Lead acquisition and paid media performance across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and more.
• Build and manage rapid-fire creative testing with Brand and Creative.
• Rigorously analyze performance and find the next 10% lift.
• Stay ahead with first-mover tactics and platform innovation
Retention, Lifecycle & LTV Growth
• Collaborate and Direct Head of Retention on retention strategy across email, SMS, and subscription flows to reduce churn and optimize LTV.
• Improve subscription take rate and drive reactivation via personalized journeys, loyalty programs, and bundling.
• Monitor and improve cohort health, subscription performance, and retention KPI
Website & CRO Optimization
• Collaborate and Direct with CRO/CX lead to improve the DTC site’s strategic roadmap: conversion optimization, landing page development, digital merchandising, and content planning.
• Prioritize high-impact CRO experiments to improve conversion, AOV, and customer value.
• Oversee campaign-specific and evergreen landing pages—ensure they tell compelling stories and drive action.
Leadership & Team Development
• Build, lead, and mentor a lean, high-performance team across all growth functions.
• Set clear expectations, remove roadblocks, and hold the team accountable to aggressive KPI
• Foster a results-oriented, creative, and collaborative team culture
• Work cross-functionally with Finance, Ops, Brand, Creative, and Product to align business objectives
Must-Haves
• 8–15 years in growth, performance marketing, or digital eCommerce; 3+ years in a senior leadership role
• Proven success scaling DTC revenue from $50M+ toward $300M+
• Direct experience owning and optimizing $15M+ in annual media budgets
• Mastery of Meta, Google, TikTok, and retention marketing via email/SMS
• Strong command of CRO, landing page strategy, and creative testing loops
• Obsessive focus on results, data, and continuous iteration
• Leadership experience with the ability to direct and empower without micromanaging
• Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Northbeam, Triple Whale, GA4, Looker) and CRM platforms
Preferred Experience
• CPG, wellness, or lifestyle brand experience
• Familiarity with Amazon, retail marketplaces, and omni-channel growth strategies
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or similar; MBA a plus
