The Mission
As our first dedicated Head of Growth, you will be the owner of our revenue growth engine. Your mission is to architect, execute, and scale a predictable and repeatable system that propels us from our current ARR to the $50M+ horizon.
You will dive deep into our brand, our service offerings, and our client relationships to unlock powerful upsell and cross-sell opportunities while simultaneously dominating our market to acquire new flagship clients.
You will report directly to Founders and be a key member of the leadership team.
Stakes & Trajectory
This role is not about incremental wins. The growth system you build will directly influence ARBO’s valuation, shape our category leadership in AI consulting, and position us for major fundraising or acquisition milestones. It’s a career-making seat at the table.
What You Will Do: Your Playground
● Growth Strategy & Vision: Develop and own the overarching growth strategy, setting ambitious yet achievable OKRs for user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue.
● Full-Funnel Ownership: Take command of the entire customer lifecycle—from top-of-funnel awareness through demand generation, lead conversion, client onboarding, and expansion.
● Monetization & Expansion: Analyze our service offerings and client usage data to identify, package, and price new upsell and cross-sell opportunities, directly impacting LTV.
● Data-Driven Execution: Design, run, and analyze A/B tests across all channels (website, email, content, paid campaigns) to systematically optimize conversion rates.
● Content & Demand Gen: Work with our content and expert teams to create compelling, high-value marketing assets that establish thought leadership and generate high-intent leads.
● Technical Marketing: Leverage your technical background to understand our AI and marketing consulting offerings deeply, ensuring our messaging is authentic and resonates with a technical audience.
● Build & Automate: Implement and manage the marketing tech stack (CRM, marketing automation, analytics) to create seamless, scalable processes.
● Category Creation: Architect campaigns that don’t just generate leads but educate the market, position ARBO as a category leader, and shift how enterprises think about AI-powered consulting.
Who You Are: The Ideal Profile
We are looking for a proven operator with a founder's mindset. You are equal parts strategist and tactician.
Non-Negotiable Experience:
● You were a Founder or among the first 5 employees at a startup that you helped grow from $0 to $3M+ ARR.
● Or, you were the Head of Growth, Growth Lead, or Marketing Leader at a tech company, SaaS platform, or elite marketing agency where you were directly responsible for scaling revenue from $3-5M to $25-50M+.
● A demonstrable portfolio of growth experiments and campaigns you've conceived and executed, with clear metrics on their impact.
Required Skills & Background:
● Technical Acumen: You don't need to code from scratch, but you must be technically fluent. You can hold a detailed conversation with our CAIO and engineers about model deployment and then pivot to discuss marketing attribution models with our CMO clients. This is crucial.
● Marketing Chops: Deep, hands-on expertise in SEO/SEM, content marketing, email marketing, social media (especially LinkedIn), and paid acquisition channels.
● Analytical Rigor: You are obsessed with data. You live in analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.) and use SQL (or are willing to learn) to pull your own data and derive insights.
● Instrumentation: Hands-on experience with implementing and using tools like HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, Segment, etc.
