This Role
• Total Autonomy: You’ll own digital acquisition from start to finish — testing, learning, optimising, and scaling.
• Full Spectrum Growth: SEA, Paid Social, PPC, Programmatic, SEO, Content, Data, Marketing Automation, and CRM are all under your remit.
• High Impact: Your decisions will directly shape how the brand grows — no red tape, no endless layers of sign-off.

What You’ll Do
• Lead performance marketing across all key channels — Facebook, Google, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
• Own and optimise CRM & email marketing (Klaviyo or similar).
• Take a data-first approach to testing, attribution, and conversion rate optimisation (CAC, ROAS, LTV).
• Develop content and SEO strategies that drive organic growth.
• Manage budgets to maximise ROI while being bold in experimentation.
• Report and share insights that fuel continuous improvement.

• 5+ years’ experience across performance marketing and growth channels.
• Deep expertise in digital media (SEA, Paid Social, PPC, Programmatic, Affiliates, Google Analytics, SEO, Content, Marketing Automation, CRM).
• A strategic yet hands-on operator who loves testing and optimising.
• Someone who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
• A sharp mix of data and creativity — you can turn insights into campaigns that look and perform brilliantly.
