The Role
As our Head of Growth, your mandate is to drive scalable, sustainable revenue growth while building a best-in-class customer acquisition, retention, and lifecycle marketing engine. You’ll work cross-functionally with product, brand, finance, and retail to unlock data-driven opportunities that deliver impact. Your goal is to deliver an inspiring, seamless reflection of our brand purpose. This is a hands-on, commercially focused role in a fast-paced, values-led business.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the Ecommerce P&L, ensuring we hit our ambitious growth, sales, and profitability targets.
• Lead the daily trading of our Ecommerce site: product launches, pricing, merchandising, and onsite content for a seamless customer experience.
• Deliver a robust performance marketing & acquisition strategy overseeing and executing across all paid performance channels: Meta, Google, Tik Tok etc.
• Work closely with brand marketing to align paid, organic, email & SMS strategy with trading priorities and customer journeys.
• Develop and manage CAC targets and attribution models to inform spend and ROI.
• Develop and manage a rolling trading calendar aligned with brand campaign, key cultural moments & NPD.
• Own the customer lifecycle strategy to drive retention, repeat purchase, and LTV.
• Optimise the onsite customer journey, from landing page to checkout, with a relentless focus on conversion, average order value, and customer experience.
• Manage email/SMS programs, loyalty initiatives, and subscription performance.
• Develop segmentation strategies to ensure personalised, value-driven communication.
• Analyse trading performance, customer behaviour, and commercial KPIs — turning insight into rapid, decisive action.
• Own growth dashboards and reporting frameworks.
• Identify new growth opportunities, including product category expansions, partnerships, and third-party marketplaces.
• Support the scaling of our Ecommerce operations, processes, and tech stack to meet the demands of a fast-growing, customer-centric business.
• Keep ahead of Ecommerce, wellness, and consumer trends, bringing fresh ideas to the table to keep us competitive and relevant.
About You
• 7+ years experience in a growth, performance marketing, or commercial role—ideally within a high-growth DTC health, beauty, or wellness brand.
• Strong grasp of growth marketing tools, platforms, and strategies.
• Experience with subscription businesses is beneficial.
• Strong commercial instincts with a passion for trading and delivering measurable growth
• Highly analytical, with a data-led approach to decision making.
• A hands-on operator, just as comfortable running reports and managing product uploads as shaping trading strategy.
• Natural collaborator, able to work cross-functionally and with external partners to drive projects forward.
• Experience with Ecommerce platforms (e.g. Shopify Plus), Google Analytics / GA4, and key Ecommerce tools.
