Head of Growth (Consultant) Part-Time | Remote or Scottsdale, AZ | $50-75/hour Sleepyhead is a premium mattress topper company on a mission to deliver better sleep through innovative, high-quality products. We’re growing quickly and are looking for a Head of Growth (Consultant) to help lead our next phase of expansion. This role will be focused on developing and executing growth strategies for new product launches, optimizing our Shopify store, and driving scalable results across our e-commerce channels. What You’ll Do: • Lead the strategic launch of new e-commerce products, from go-to-market planning to execution. • Develop and test innovative growth strategies to increase traffic, conversions, and retention. • Optimize our Shopify site to maximize user experience and performance. • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align on messaging, campaigns, and growth initiatives. • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform company strategy. What We’re Looking For: • Proven success launching new products for an e-commerce business (must-have). • Strong experience with Shopify, including best practices for optimization and scaling. • Track record of creating and executing growth strategies that drive measurable results. • Ability to analyze performance data and translate it into actionable insights. • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a collaborative approach.
