Job Description: We’re looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Head of Growth to own the marketing strategy, retention, and revenue growth for PECTIV. You will lead paid acquisition strategy, customer lifecycle marketing, and analytics to drive sustainable, profitable growth in UAE and KSA markets. Responsibilities: • Own growth KPIs: CAC, MER, ROAS, LTV, and subscription rate. • Develop and execute marketing strategies across Meta, Snap, Google, and TikTok. • Manage promo calendar and coordinate cross-channel campaigns. • Optimize customer retention via email, SMS, and WhatsApp automation flows. • Lead LTV growth through subscription campaigns, loyalty offers, and cross-selling. • Oversee analytics, attribution, and tracking setup (GA4, Meta Pixel, server-side). • Conduct regular performance reviews and present actionable insights. • Coordinate with media buying, creative, and operations teams for campaign success. Qualifications: • 5+ years in performance marketing, growth strategy, or ecommerce leadership. • Proven track record scaling paid acquisition channels (Meta, Snap, Google, TikTok) in D2C/ecommerce. • Strong understanding of CAC, ROAS, LTV/CAC, and retention metrics. • Hands-on experience with CRM & automation tools (Klaviyo, Omnisend, or similar). • Data-driven decision-making and advanced skills in analytics tools (GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Looker/Excel). • Experience managing multi-channel promo calendars and campaign launches. • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
