As the Head of Growth, you will be the driving force behind subscriber acquisition, retention, and revenue expansion for a fast-paced, high-impact organization. This role offers the opportunity to directly shape strategy, brand presence, and market positioning while working closely with the founding team. You will lead data-driven growth and marketing initiatives, optimize the customer lifecycle, and execute high-performing campaigns across multiple channels.
