The Role
As Head of Growth, you will drive the next stage of scale by leading strategy and execution across paid media, creative production, funnel optimization, and customer acquisition. You’ll manage multi-million-dollar ad budgets, build converting funnels from scratch, and launch new products to market.
You’ll also lead and develop the Media Buying, Creative, CRO, and Email Marketing teams, ensuring they deliver measurable and repeatable results.
Key Responsibilities
• Own paid acquisition strategy across Meta and other channels.
• Lead creative production & testing, overseeing 50+ variations per week.
• Build and optimize funnels (Checkout Champ or Funnelish preferred).
• Launch new products from concept to scale.
• Manage and grow high-performing teams across growth functions.
• Apply DR principles to maximize ROAS & LTV across physical and digital products.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze performance, and make fast, data-driven adjustments.
Requirements (Must-Haves)
• Strong direct response marketing background.
• Proven funnel building & CRO expertise.
• Hands-on experience managing $1M+/month in Meta ad spend (ideally $2M+).
• Track record of systematic creative testing at scale.
• Success in launching & scaling product funnels from zero.
• Experience leading cross-functional growth teams.
• Background in DTC e-commerce or info/digital products.
Nice to Have
• Built and trained teams from scratch.
• Scaled brands significantly under your leadership.
• Experience with additional paid channels (TikTok, YouTube, Native).
