Head of Growth
Consumer Brand | Remote-first | $150K–$175K OTE
We’re supporting a high-growth CPG brand on a mission to build the cleanest, most effective personal care products in the US. The business is profitable, scaling fast, and has a fiercely loyal customer base across DTC, Amazon, and emerging retail partnerships.
They’re now looking for a Head of Growth to own all customer acquisition and lifecycle activity. This role is central to the next phase of growth and offers a rare chance to take full P&L ownership for performance marketing, retention, influencer, and affiliate programmes.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Lead all growth marketing efforts across paid social, search, programmatic, retention, and affiliate
• Work cross-functionally with brand, creative, operations, and founder/CEO to drive strategy and execution
• Own growth reporting and forecasting, including CAC, LTV, and contribution margin
• Build scalable media and creative testing systems to accelerate growth efficiently
• Bring structure and accountability to a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment
• Lead and develop a lean in-house team, while managing external agencies and freelancers
You Might Be a Fit If You
• Have 5–10 years of experience in performance and growth marketing, ideally in consumer products
• Have successfully led DTC customer acquisition at scale ($10M+ media budgets)
• Know how to blend brand and performance to tell a compelling story and drive ROAS
• Have deep channel knowledge across Meta, Google, TikTok, influencer, and affiliate
• Are data-obsessed, fluent in attribution, and comfortable owning a growth P&L
• Thrive in lean, fast-moving environments where you have room to operate
