About the Job
We’re looking for a Head of Growth to lead paid acquisition for our performance alpaca sock brand, Hollow. You’ll be the brain and the hands behind our Meta and Google Ads performance—making strategic decisions, testing creative hypotheses, optimizing landers, and driving profitable scale.
You’ll work closely with our Creative and Partnerships teams to source high-performing creators and content, and will be the key link between what we make and how it sells. You’ll also experiment with emerging channels and revenue opportunities to expand our customer acquisition flywheel. This role is perfect for someone who still loves getting inside the ad account and making things happen, while also owning growth strategy at a high level.
What You'll Do
• Own paid growth strategy and execution across Meta, Google, and other key channels
• Manage and optimize ad accounts daily—constantly testing, scaling, and iterating
• Collaborate with our Creative team to guide production and ad content development
• Partner with Creator/UGC teams to identify top-performing talent and formats
• Lead lander strategy and CRO experiments (headlines, page structure, A/B tests, etc.)
• Analyze performance data to surface insights and drive strategy shifts
• Explore and test new paid channels and growth levers outside of Meta/Google
• Report weekly on CAC, LTV, ROAS, and cohort trends—always with an eye toward profitable scale
• Work cross-functionally to ensure growth efforts are aligned with brand, ops, and finance
• Build repeatable systems for testing, reporting, and scaling performance

• Experience with CRO and landing page optimization (CRO tools, A/B testing, etc.)
• Highly analytical with a strong grasp of key metrics like CAC, LTV, ROAS, MER, etc.
