Role description
Location: New York, NY / Hybrid Department: Marketing Reports To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Company Overview: Linkage Global Inc. Our mission is to connect high-quality Chinese products with global consumers by leveraging technology, data, and integrated supply chain capabilities. We are currently seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Marketing to lead our global marketing strategies and elevate the Linkage Global brand worldwide. Key Responsibilities: โ€ข Design and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that support brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. โ€ข Lead all aspects of marketing, including branding, digital marketing, content, PR, social media, and performance marketing. โ€ข Build and manage a global marketing team; oversee hiring, performance, and professional development. โ€ข Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and campaign results to inform decision-making and improve ROI. โ€ข Manage external vendors, agencies, and budgets effectively. โ€ข Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Investor Relations teams to align marketing strategies with business goals. โ€ข Represent the company at global trade shows, media interviews, and strategic partnerships when needed. Qualifications: โ€ข Bachelorโ€™s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; MBA preferred. โ€ข Minimum of 8 years of marketing experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role. โ€ข Background in cross-border e-commerce, consumer goods, or tech industry is a strong plus. โ€ข Experience in a public company (preferably NASDAQ-listed) is a bonus. โ€ข Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. โ€ข Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
