With rapid growth across DTC, salons, and international markets, we’re looking for a commercially-savvy, creatively-inspired Head of Marketing to lead our next stage of brand evolution.

✨The Role:
As our Head of Marketing, you’ll be the engine behind GLOWWA’s multi-channel marketing machine. You’ll lead a talented, purpose-driven team across social, trade, international, and content, crafting strategy, elevating execution, and bringing our brand story to life in bold, meaningful ways.
This is a senior leadership role where you’ll report directly to the founders, help shape the bigger picture, and play a key part in driving both brand love and business growth.
💡 What You’ll Own:
Strategy & Leadership
• Build and deliver our full-funnel marketing strategy across DTC, trade, and international
• Lead and inspire a growing team across social, content, and global marketing
• Own the marketing budget and ensure we’re seeing serious ROI
• Collaborate closely with founders and leadership on key brand moments and growth plays
Brand & Campaigns
• Create scroll-stopping, soul-stirring campaigns that spark awareness and drive action
• Align storytelling across all channels — from social and digital to trade and retail
• Champion our tone of voice, creative integrity, and mission in everything we do
Social & Digital
• Oversee social and influencer strategies, working with our Social Media Manager and Exec
• Identify new platform opportunities and content formats to stay ahead of the curve
• Drive audience growth and community engagement through strong creative direction
Trade & International
• Support our International & Trade Marketing Manager with global campaigns that scale
• Deliver smart, beautiful B2B comms that inspire salons and distributors worldwide
• Localise campaigns to ensure impact and relevance in all markets
Performance & Insight
• Set and track KPIs across all marketing touchpoints
• Dive deep into campaign and customer data to inform future direction
• Share learnings, optimise often, and champion a test-and-learn culture
👀 We’re Looking For:
• 6+ years’ experience in senior marketing roles (beauty/wellness/consumer health = 💯)
• Proven track record leading teams and building brand equity and performance
• Strong commercial acumen and budget ownership experience
• Deep knowledge of digital, content, social, and e-comm
• Experience with trade or international marketing is a big plus
• A confident, collaborative communicator - both internally and externally
