We’re looking for a Head of Marketing to join our team and help lead PatientNow into its next phase of growth. Reporting to the CMO and working closely with our executive team, you’ll be the driving force behind our growth strategy and execution— reinventing the way we go to market and driving a high-performing marketing team.
You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives significant pipeline and accelerates revenue growth. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will manage a small, talented team, overseeing marketing budget, and direct our external agency partners.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned B2B SaaS marketing leader with deep expertise in digital marketing, demand generation, event and growth strategies. You are a player-coach who is just as comfortable setting high-level strategy as you are diving into the details of a campaign. • Marketing Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute a data-driven, multi-channel marketing strategy aligned with company objectives and revenue targets. Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing team.
• Demand & Growth Generation: Own the entire lead-to-revenue funnel. Design and implement scalable demand generation campaigns across digital channels, including SEO/SEM, content marketing, email, social media, and paid advertising, to grow the sales pipeline.
• Digital Marketing Excellence: Oversee the company’s digital presence, including the corporate website and analytics tools. Continuously optimize for conversion and user experience.
• Event Marketing: Lead the strategy, planning, and execution for key industry trade shows, virtual events, and user conferences to generate leads, build brand presence, and engage with customers.
• Budget & Agency Management: Manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment Oversee relationships, performance, and deliverables with external agencies
• Analytics & Reporting: Working with our operations team, track, analyze, and report on campaign performance to the executive team, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Education/Experience
• 10+ years of progressive marketing experience in a B2B SaaS environment is required.
• Proven experience in a marketing leadership role, with direct responsibility for managing and developing a team.
• Deep, hands-on experience in digital marketing, demand generation, and growth marketing, with a track record of achieving measurable results.
• Demonstrable experience planning, executing, and measuring the success of both virtual and in-person events, such as trade shows and webinars.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing a marketing budget and reporting on ROI.
• Experience managing and directing external marketing agencies to achieve company goals.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
