You will own end-to-end marketing strategy and execution, championing brand, growth, and go-to-market initiatives with full ownership. Collaborating directly with founders, you will position Great Many as the category-defining expert in hair growth by blending innovative marketing with authentic customer connection in a fast-paced, startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Develop and amplify Great Manyβs brand as the definitive hair growth authority through compelling storytelling and emotional connection.
β’ Create and lead impactful content, campaigns, and community-building initiatives that drive engagement, advocacy, and cultural relevance.
β’ Design and optimize multi-channel customer acquisition and retention strategies, continuously improving conversion and lifetime value.
β’ Own go-to-market strategies for new markets and services, tailoring authentic local activations and overseeing full launch execution.
β’ Manage relationships with press, influencers, partners, and investors to enhance brand visibility and business growth.
β’ Efficiently allocate and scale marketing budgets while deploying creative, data-informed growth tactics.
Requirements
β’ Proven track record driving significant growth at early-stage or high-growth companies, preferably within health, wellness, or beauty sectors.
β’ Experienced marketing generalist adept at working cross-functionally and managing freelancers and agencies toward business goals.
