Key Responsibilities β€’ Develop and amplify Great Many’s brand as the definitive hair growth authority through compelling storytelling and emotional connection. β€’ Create and lead impactful content, campaigns, and community-building initiatives that drive engagement, advocacy, and cultural relevance. β€’ Design and optimize multi-channel customer acquisition and retention strategies, continuously improving conversion and lifetime value. β€’ Own go-to-market strategies for new markets and services, tailoring authentic local activations and overseeing full launch execution. β€’ Manage relationships with press, influencers, partners, and investors to enhance brand visibility and business growth. β€’ Efficiently allocate and scale marketing budgets while deploying creative, data-informed growth tactics.
