What You’ll Do
Plan Smart Strategies:
Create and carry out a yearly marketing plan that fits NEOVA’s goals. Look for new ways to boost our brand and attract more customers.
Build Our Brand:
Tell our story in a clear, strong way across ads, brochures, websites, and social media. Work with our Education team to make helpful training materials.
Manage Our Marketing Team:
Lead and support the team, helping everyone grow and work together to achieve great results.
Boost Our Online Presence:
Manage our website, SEO, emails, and social media. Run digital campaigns that really work and keep us ahead of trends.
Support Sales:
Team up with Sales to support the sales team.
Use Data Well:
Check campaign results, report what works to leadership, and use data to make even better marketing moves.
Who You Are
• A marketing leader with 7-10 years of experience, preferably in skincare, beauty, or medical fields.
• You have a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related area (an MBA is a plus).
• You’re good at both B2B and B2C marketing and have a knack for storytelling.
• You have strong skills in managing a team and enjoy guiding others.
• You manage multiple projects well and always meet deadlines.
• You understand data and use it to drive smart decisions.
• Bonus: Experience with CRM tools like NetSuite.
