Role description
Kenny Recruit are working with an ecommerce clothing retailer to find a Head of Marketing on a permanent basis. You will be joining them at a time where there is real momentum and while they are still growing and you will be able to see your work making an impact, every single day.
As the Head of Marketing, you’ll be responsible for owning and leading the development of the company’s integrated marketing calendar, ensuring seamless day-to-day execution. Establish and manage efficient, scalable creative workflows to support consistent and high-quality output. Bring focus and drive to performance across owned and earned media channels. Approach marketing with a broad commercial perspective—thinking beyond traditional advertising to include product, pricing, and distribution strategies.
Pay: £100,000 - £110,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Location: Wimbledon - 3 days in the office
Working hours: 9am - 5pm
Responsibilities:
• Take full ownership of our Performance Marketing budget
• Plan, manage, and optimise direct mail campaigns
• Lead and manage both internal and external teams to execute campaigns across Meta and Google platforms
• Own sales forecasting across all channels and markets, ensuring alignment with overall business goals
• Identify, assess, and prioritise new channel and market opportunities for growth
• Design and implement a robust Conversion, Retention, and CRM strategy
• Build, lead, and inspire high-performing internal and external teams to execute against performance goals
• Make data-informed decisions to analyse campaign effectiveness and accurately forecast sales
• Oversee stock control and range planning, ensuring optimal stock levels in a high-SKU environment
• Manage WSSI (Weekly Sales, Stock and Intake) and OTB (Open to Buy) frameworks
• Report insights and performance outcomes clearly and regularly to key stakeholders
• Translate both qualitative and quantitative customer feedback into actionable improvements
• Conduct competitive market positioning analysis, including pricing and product strategy development
The right person:
• 7+ years of experience in target-driven digital acquisition roles
• Strong analytical skills and a high level of numerical proficiency
• Extensive hands-on experience across all aspects of performance marketing
• Solid technical acumen, with the ability to assess software solutions and tech stacks; ideally with some coding background
• Proven track record in brand and calendar-based marketing initiatives
• A broad commercial mindset that goes beyond advertising - to product, pricing, and distribution. You should have great intuition what moves the needle, and what is actually viable, from the perspective of our budget and our brand
