Now, we’re ready to scale — fast. To do it, we need a Head of Marketing who’s equal parts strategist, media buyer, creative director, and growth hacker. Learn more about us here: www.beautyincolor.net The Mission In the next 90 days, your goal is simple but bold: • Build and lead a world‑class marketing team • Partner with the Sales Director to scale Beauty In Color to $2M/month • Reduce CAC while increasing LTV through smart funnel design, content, and retargeting What You’ll Do • Funnel Strategy & Execution: Design and optimize call funnels (low‑ticket → high‑ticket ascension) to drive high‑quality bookings and repeat clients. • Media Buying: Manage and scale Facebook and Google Ads campaigns • Content Marketing: Plan and execute content strategies (organic, paid, email, SMS) to nurture leads and boost conversions at every stage (TOF, MOF, BOF). • Team Leadership: Recruit and lead a marketing team including a media buyer, creatives & communications manager, CRO specialist, and IT support within 3 months. • Conversion Rate Optimization: Implement CRO tactics to increase booking rates, show rates, and upsells. • Lifecycle Marketing: Use email & SMS campaigns to re‑engage past clients and increase repeat sessions. • Risk Management: Diversify ad accounts, pixels, and payment methods; manage budgets and creative fatigue to scale safely. • Performance Tracking: Report and optimize based on KPIs (CAC, LTV, ROAS, AOV, booking rates, lead quality). • Collaboration: Work directly with the Sales Director to ensure marketing and sales work as one revenue‑driving machine. Who You Are • Proven success in scaling high‑ticket offers with a funnel‑based marketing approach. • Strong media buying experience with Facebook & Google (multi‑account scaling experience a plus). • Deep knowledge of full‑funnel strategies — TOF, MOF, BOF — including remarketing. • Skilled in content marketing, email/SMS automation, and lead nurturing. • Strong ability to recruit, build, and lead top‑performing marketing teams under fast timelines. • Familiar with risk mitigation strategies (ad accounts, budgets, pixels, credit cards, creative rotations). • Performance‑driven, with a track record of reducing CAC and increasing LTV. • Highly collaborative, able to work side by side with the Sales Director.
