Responsibilities Summary
We are seeking an experienced Head of Marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will come from a luxury marketing background and be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth, increase brand awareness, and improve customer engagement. The Head of Marketing will oversee all marketing activities, including product marketing, branding, public relations, advertising, digital marketing, and market research.
Responsibilities
โข Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan to drive business growth, increase brand awareness, and improve customer engagement
โข Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape
โข Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business objectives and sales targets
โข Develop and manage the marketing budget and track ROl for all marketing activities
โข Oversee product marketing, including product positioning, messaging, and pricing strategies
โข Develop and manage the brand strategy, including brand messaging, brand guidelines, and brand campaigns
โข Manage public relations efforts, including media outreach, press releases, and speaking engagements
โข Oversee advertising efforts, including online and offline advertising campaigns
โข Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including email marketing, social media, SEO, and PPC advertising
โข Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, sales, and customer service, to ensure consistency in messaging and branding
โข Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, tools, and technologies
Qualifications
โข Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field; MBA preferred
โข Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years of experience in luxury consumer goods marketing
โข Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
โข Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team
โข Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
โข Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners
