Role description
Talent Frame are pleased to be working on an exciting new Head of Marketing role.
This is a remote role (you must be based in UK or Ireland) with occasional travel to HQ in Ireland required.
This is for a company that is growing rapidly.
You will lead a small marketing team as the company goes on a significant growth journey.
The product is in high demand, but they need a marketer to make their product front of mind for consumers and businesses.
This product is for homes and commercial buildings. The opportunity for scaling is very obvious! And they ship globally.
You need to be strategic, but also be hands on when required and get stuff done - particularly for the quick wins in the early days.
Skills Required:
• Digital marketing expert - particularly Paid and Organic Social (Meta and TikTok), Paid Search and CRM.
• Experience of reporting on campaign performance and future plans to C-Suite.
• Experience of managing direct reports and having strategic ownership.
• Ability to develop compelling product content and position the company as the easy to use, high quality and reliable option.
• Someone with experience of localising content/landing pages/search to different regions - in particular experience of US, ANZ and ME markets is advantageous.
• DTC experience is a must, and knowledge of managing retail channel partners
• B2B lead generation experience is helpful (but not at the expense of being a DTC expert).
• It's preferable that you have a decent working stint in a small-medium sized high growth company. If all of your experience is for large brands you are unlikely to be selected.
• Experience of driving enquiries to a sales team is also a plus (as some sales will be high value and require advice).
• Wider brand and PR knowledge would be a plus.
