Position Overview
:This role will report to the Director of Sales & Operations Planning and will lead all aspects of our marketplace platforms - including sales performance, operations, and optimization - and will play a key role in shaping and executing initiatives that drive business growth. This role will lead a dedicated marketplace team focused on platform optimization, advertising performance, and revenue generation. The ideal candidate will leverage analytical expertise, data-driven insights, cross-functional collaboration, and strong relationship-building skills to continuously improve marketplace performance and drive sustained results
