Head Of Marketing & Content – Womenswear Lifestyle Retail Brand - Maternity Contract Competitive Salary & Generous Package London - Hybrid Fella and Jones are delighted to be working with Womens Lifestyle retail brand Brand in the search of a Head Of Marketing & Content . The brand has seen incredible growth globally and are now looking to expand their product offerings over the next few seasons. This role is on a contract basis and candidates must be able to start by September/October. Within the role, key experience will include. · Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all channels. · Analyse market trends and consumer behavior to identify new growth opportunities. · Oversee all social channels both paid & organic · Manage influencer strategy. · Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, events, and product launches. · Manage budgets, track performance metrics, and provide regular reports to senior management. Requirements: · Proven experience in marketing management within the fashion or luxury industry. · Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce. · Excellent communication and leadership skills. · Ability to think creatively and strategically to drive business objectives. · Results-oriented with a track record of successful marketing campaigns.
