The role will work with the CEO to win new clients and grow the business year on year based on set targets and goals. You will have a voice and work alongside the owner to bring ideas to life. The agency will be hitting the market with a bang and leverage the extensive network and relationships the CEO has across digital marketing and ecommerce. You will be getting involved with work from a hands-on capacity and strategically plan clients' work and the growth of the team. You will identify key local talent and be passionate about developing people to become the best version of themselves. This role will suit someone who has solid experience of performance marketing across PPC and SEO both at a high level, lead, manage and mentor a team. You will have strong hands on campaign experience along with higher level strategic thinking.
