Develops usage across segments and merchants with appropriate schemes • Ensures high activation • Manages retention using predictive tools & retention schemes • Manages Loyalty Platform Cards CX – cost, engagement, CVP • Analyses portfolio in depth & initiates appropriate interventions Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree related discipline. • Strong Analytics • Project management • IN depth understanding of Cards P&L
