As we scale our B2B and affiliate channels, we’re looking for a Head of Sales & Business Partnerships to lead strategy, close high-value deals, and build a high-performing team from the ground up.
What You’ll Do
You will own our business partnerships, affiliate, and reseller growth strategy — identifying, closing, and nurturing relationships that drive revenue, build brand equity, and expand HealthyLine’s reach.
🧠 Strategic Leadership
• Own the full lifecycle of B2B partnerships: strategy, pipeline, qualification, closing, onboarding, and ongoing enablement
• Build internal sales systems, playbooks, automations, and reporting dashboards (in Hubspot, Salesforce, or GHL)
• Collaborate with Growth Marketing and Product to tailor offers, landing pages, and funnels for key verticals
• Develop outbound strategies to unlock high-value targets across spa, wellness, biohacking, retail, and medical sectors
• Segment partnership types into distinct funnels (Affiliate, Business Partner, Reseller) and design workflows for each
📈 Sales Execution
• Identify, pitch, and close new partners in wellness centers, medspas, aesthetic clinics, hotels, retail chains, and online stores
• Represent HealthyLine at industry events, trade shows, conferences, and live demos
• Build, manage, and forecast a national B2B pipeline with accurate CRM hygiene and performance reporting
• Achieve aggressive sales targets by combining outbound hunting with inbound lead nurturing
👥 Team Building & Coaching
• Help recruit and manage SDRs, Account Managers, and/or Partnership Coordinators
• Develop internal training processes and sales onboarding systems
• Coach junior team members and model a high-conversion sales process
• Foster a team culture rooted in integrity, follow-through, and partner success
Who You Are
We’re looking for a builder, closer, and motivator. Someone who thrives in a hybrid strategic/executional role and can help us scale into a category-defining brand.
✅ Required Experience
• 5+ years in B2B sales or partnerships (closer-level) in wellness, biohacking, health tech, luxury goods, or high-ticket consumer products
• Proven ability to build and close complex deals, nurture relationships, and exceed revenue goals
• Experience building or scaling a sales or partnerships team, ideally from 0 to 1
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools like Hubspot, Salesforce, or GoHighLevel (GHL)
• Strong existing network in the health & wellness space — spas, clinics, holistic practices, retailers, or online influencers
• Strong organizational chops: forecasting, CRM hygiene, performance reporting, and sales enablement
