This role will be pivotal in shaping and driving the brand’s wholesale, marketplace, and partnership strategy, while ensuring smooth operations across sales fulfilment and customer-facing functions. You will be responsible for expanding the brand’s reach through high-impact partnerships, managing wholesale accounts, and optimising sales operations to deliver profitable growth. Alongside this, you’ll oversee post-purchase processes, 3PL relationships, and customer care to ensure an exceptional end-to-end experience. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, scaling sales channels, and leading teams in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
