Brief Overview
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a senior commercial leader to join a growing lifestyle brand as Head of Sales Operations & Partnerships.
This role will be pivotal in shaping and driving the brandβs wholesale, marketplace, and partnership strategy, while ensuring smooth operations across sales fulfilment and customer-facing functions.
You will be responsible for expanding the brandβs reach through high-impact partnerships, managing wholesale accounts, and optimising sales operations to deliver profitable growth. Alongside this, youβll oversee post-purchase processes, 3PL relationships, and customer care to ensure an exceptional end-to-end experience. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, scaling sales channels, and leading teams in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

β’ Proven experience in a senior Sales Operations, Wholesale, or Partnerships leadership role within a DTC or omni-channel consumer brand
β’ Strong track record in driving sales growth through wholesale accounts, marketplaces, and strategic partnerships, ensuring consistent brand representation and profitability
β’ Experience managing 3PLs, carriers, and multi-region logistics with a commercial and customer-first mindset
β’ Demonstrated people leadership across sales, fulfilment, and customer care functions
β’ A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, able to balance immediate results with longer-term growth planning
β’ Process-driven with a focus on efficiency, while keeping the customer experience front and centre
β’ Collaborative, commercially aware, and aligned with brand values
