Contract Role (1099) – Remote (U.S. only) Future opportunity for equity and C-suite leadership (CDO / CRO track) Moon Man Digital is a specialized digital consultancy building intelligent, high-performance systems for UX optimization, web personalization, A/B testing, analytics-heavy web development, and AI-driven experimentation. We help ambitious clients turn chaotic digital environments into scalable, high-conversion machines. We’re seeking a Head of Sales & Partnerships who’s ready to be the go-to growth engine — someone who can open doors, build relationships, and bring in clients who need smarter digital performance, not fluff. This is a hands-on, deal-making role for someone who thrives in early-stage environments, speaks both marketing and tech fluently, and wants to grow into a C-level role. 🔥 What You’ll Do • Lead generation & outreach: Identify, qualify, and nurture inbound and outbound sales leads through smart targeting, industry events, social channels, and direct outreach. • Sales strategy & execution: Own the entire sales pipeline — from sourcing to closing — and optimize it over time for better velocity, close rate, and deal size. • Partnership development: Build strong agency, platform, and tech partnerships to expand deal flow, co-marketing opportunities, and white-label offerings. • Client consulting & solutioning: Understand client pain points and translate Moon Man Digital’s offerings into tailored solutions (technical fluency preferred). • Growth planning: Collaborate on marketing/sales ops tools, processes, positioning, and GTM planning. • Thought leadership & brand presence: Represent Moon Man Digital in key communities, at events, and through strategic content or campaigns. 🎯 What We’re Looking For • 5+ years in B2B services or SaaS sales, agency partnerships, or growth consulting. • Track record of generating and closing 5–6 figure service deals (especially digital transformation, CRO, web dev, analytics, or personalization projects). • Strong network in digital experience, martech, ecommerce, or product orgs. • Ability to deeply understand a technical and data-heavy offering and communicate it clearly to non-technical stakeholders. • Comfortable working as a 1099 contractor with performance-based compensation. • Long-term mindset: You're looking to build something, not just fill a quota. 🚀 Nice to Have • Experience selling or partnering around Adobe Experience Cloud, Shopify Plus, personalization platforms, or custom analytics/data projects. • Past work with startups, fast-growth digital agencies, or performance consultancies. • Familiarity with CRO, A/B testing, UX strategy, automation/AI tooling, paid media buying, marketing funnels. 💼 Role Details • Type: 1099 contract (U.S.-based only) • Hours: Flexible / part-time to start (20–30 hrs/mo target, scalable by performance) • Compensation: Base retainer + performance bonuses / rev share • Equity: Path to equity for the right long-term partner • Growth Track: Role is structured to evolve into a Chief Development Officer (CDO) or Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) position 🛰️ About Moon Man Digital We don’t do fluff.
