Summary We’re looking for a results-driven and entrepreneurial Head of Sales to lead our revenue efforts at TagadaPay, a fast-scaling e-commerce checkout and payment platform already processing 8-figure volumes monthly. In this role, you’ll own the full sales strategy: from identifying qualified merchants to building strategic partnerships and scaling our acquisition engine. You’ll report directly to the CEO and work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer success to deliver predictable, high-impact growth. Success in this role means consistently acquiring new high-volume e-commerce clients every week, building a repeatable sales process, and laying the foundation for a scalable sales team. Now we’re ready for the next level, and we’re hiring a Head of Sales to lead that charge on a product that sells itself. Responsibilities • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, including outreach, demo, negotiation, and handoff • Identify and sign high-growth e-commerce merchants ready to scale • Build and manage outbound and partner-led acquisition strategies (cold outreach, events, agencies, referrals) • Represent TagadaPay at key industry events, trade shows, and ecosystem activations • Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and go-to-market execution • Coordinate closely with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and activation • Track and report key sales KPIs and pipeline health, using data to improve outcomes • Contribute to company-level strategy and long-term growth planning • Build and lead a high-performing sales team as the business scales Qualifications • Strong understanding of the e-commerce ecosystem • Experience managing full sales cycles and negotiating high-value deals • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership, autonomy, and a drive to exceed targets • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment Bonus points: • Experience as an e-commerce operator or founder • Previous success selling to brands doing $1M–$50M+ in GMV • Experience building and leading sales teams in high-growth environments What We Offer • $120K base + uncapped variable commission • 100% remote, flexible work setup • Direct collaboration with the founding team • High-growth environment with clear product-market fit • A product that delivers instant ROI and sells itself • Equity potential tied to long-term company success Ready to lead revenue at a company built for scale?
