Head of Development Location: Manchester (4 days onsite) Salary: £80,000-£85,000 + bonus Leading projects, determining tech direction with the CTO and growing a team are all on offer in this role. Growth is at the forefront of their plans, expanding the team and delivering crucial projects. You’ll be working with a brilliant CTO on tech decisions that affect a company that has 1.5x its revenue in the last year with even further ambitions. There’s a small but highly knowledgeable tech team in place already which is ripe for expansion. You’ll bring leadership, direction and management to them and together tackle some of the biggest tech challenges the business faces.
