The Head of Development will lead (and grow) an engineering team to deliver scalable, high-performing digital infrastructure across a rapidly expanding global e-commerce operation. Role Highlights • Manage and grow a talented mid-size engineering team (frontend, backend, API & IT Ops) • Own system architecture, integrations and platform performance end-to-end • Partner with Data leads to build scalable tooling and infrastructure • Collaborate with the CTO on project planning and technical strategy • Drive engineering excellence through process, code quality and innovation Experience needed: • Managing frontend, backend & API Software Development teams with JavaScript, Vue.js, Node.js). • Solid grounding in cloud infrastructure & version control (AWS, Lambda, Git) • Experience designing resilient, scalable systems and integrations. • Working within an eCommerce / DTC / B2C environment.
