• This role requires relocation to Dubai, UAE • This senior leadership role is responsible for shaping and executing my client’s technology vision and strategy. The position focuses on building a fully integrated, scalable, and future-ready ecosystem that connects e-commerce, retail, and logistics, enabling true omnichannel performance. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with a track record of driving innovation and embedding advanced technologies—including AI—across customer journeys and internal processes to enhance growth and efficiency. • Take ownership of the full technology stack and drive ongoing optimization, covering Shopify Plus (Headless), React Native apps (iOS & Android), SAP ERP, Vinculum OMS, Backbone PLM, RetailPRO POS, Power BI, Return Prime, and related integrations. • Lead the continuous improvement of platforms to ensure scalability, performance, and future readiness. • Oversee and maintain seamless integrations across e-commerce, retail POS, ERP, OMS, CRM, warehouse systems, logistics, and analytics platforms. • Guarantee system reliability and efficiency by aligning all touchpoints within the omnichannel ecosystem. The Must-Haves • 8+ years of senior technology leadership, including at least 3 years driving omnichannel transformation across e-commerce, retail, or consumer brands. • Strong track record of integrating systems that connect e-commerce, retail, logistics, and operations, including WMS, ERP, POS, CRM, and analytics platforms. • Hands-on expertise with modern technologies such as Shopify Plus, React Native, SAP ERP, OMS, PLM, POS platforms, and API integrations. • Practical experience delivering AI/ML solutions, advanced analytics, and real-time reporting tools to enhance business performance and customer experience. • Proven leadership and project management abilities, with excellent communication skills and the confidence to work across diverse teams and stakeholders.
