The Role The Head of Trading & Performance is one of the most critical and high-leverage roles at Healf — designed for someone who thrives at the intersection of growth, strategy, and commercial decision-making. The role has two distinct but deeply connected pillars: • Performance Marketing Leadership You will lead all customer acquisition efforts across paid media, including: • Managing an in-house team for paid social and external agency for paid search • Owning all other acquisition channels including affiliates, influencers, and new experiments • Driving channel strategy, CAC efficiency, and scalable POAS • Designing and executing creative testing plans, spend allocation models, and attribution frameworks • Trading & Commercial Growth Ownership At Healf, trading means owning the strategic and analytical layer that connects all growth activity to the P&L: • Building a deep understanding of where revenue and profit come from — by channel, brand, SKU, or campaign • Defining pricing, discounting, and product push strategies that align with margin targets • Making data-led decisions on whether to invest in CVR uplift, AOV expansion, or LTV improvements • Influencing the direction of product, marketing, and ops by tying their work to clear commercial impact Qualifications • 6+ years in high-performance ecom or DTC environments • Experience managing 7-figure performance budgets across Meta/Google • Commercial and analytical mindset — ideally with pricing/trading experience • Comfortable owning performance and pricing strategy • Obsessed with revenue efficiency, profit optimisation, and customer value Why Join Healf? • Do your life’s best work – Build something that matters, with a team that moves fast and aims high • Surround yourself with A+ talent – You’ll work with high-performers who care deeply and raise the standard every day • Be a builder – This isn’t a cog-in-the-machine role.
