Role description
The Opportunity Reporting to the Director of eCommerce, The Sr. Manager of HSN eCommerce will lead the strategic development of the soft goods eCommerce division, ensuring understanding of our goals. As the Senior Manager, you will lead digital transformation, optimizing customer experiences, and lead a team of five direct reports, towards achieving and surpassing KPIs in conversion, digital sales, and off-air sales. This role lives at our headquarters located in West Chester, PA. Your Impact Develop and implement eCommerce strategies to enhance the digital presence of the assigned divisions. Lead programs to integrate marketing channels, ensuring seamless customer journeys and improving omni-channel engagement. Set, monitor, and achieve Indicators related to conversion, digital sales, and off-air sales. Conduct analysis of market trends and technology to inform planning and strategy. Manage the eCommerce team, providing mentorship and development opportunities to guide performance. Directly oversee team of 5- the Sr. Associate(s) and eCommerce Associate(s), in addition to collaborating with other managers for balanced workload distribution. Partner with our teams, including merchandising, marketing, and IT, to meet important projects and goals. Maintain relationships with vendor partners to support and expand digital capabilities. Use data analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and programs, adjusting plans to meet evolving needs. Lead the analysis of customer insights to enhance product offerings and customer engagement strategies. Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging the exploration and adoption of new technologies. Seek process improvements to refine operations and increase efficiency. What You Bring You have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Experience in a managerial eCommerce position, with a track record of strategic mentorship, performance development. We are looking for someone who has managed at least 1-2 direct reports as this Senior Manager will lead a team of 5. Excellent leadership, with the ability to motivate and guide a team. 5+ years of experience with corporate marketing and omni-channel strategies. Must live in PA, DE, NJ to commute to West Chester, PA for a hybrid work schedule.
