HYBRID opportunity in Northeast, OH or DFW, TX areas
The Content Specialist will work to create, build, and maintain an extensive library of content, text, audio and video materials for all websites that will work to develop new customers and benefit the current. This person will work closely with the Marketing team to deliver content that meets the brand expectations. The Specialist will also consult regularly with the user experience team, the digital marketing team, and the social media team to ensure they are aware of any new content that has been developed and coordinate to ensure messages in market are cohesive across channel. The role is responsible for weekly SEO enhancements based on direction from the Search Team and Third-Party agencies.
Responsibilities
β’ Research, plan, create, build, and launch content on Kay & Kay Outlet websites that encourages browsing, searching, discovery, and conversion while ensuring content and product marketed across digital marketing channels is cohesive and omni-channel
β’ Manage, update, and create organic content for Kay & Kay Outlet websites to drive organic search rankings within Google search engines
β’ Partner with SEO Manager and Search Agency to optimize/pivot content based on ever-changing Google Core Vital Benchmark
β’ Govern 3rd party marketing tools (BazaarVoice, Medallia, SYTE, Fanreel, Narvar, Tangiblee, Segoma, Decibel, GroupBy) to listen, learn, enhance, and improve experience for our customers
β’ Collaborate with eMerchandising team to create product categories, enhance online search results, and launch new brands/collections
β’ Perform regular audits of the Kay and Kay Outlet websites while ensuring websites are functioning accordingly, each day
β’ Escalate and submit tickets for issues that occur on the websites
β’ Participate in release and general UAT testing and approve new/enhanced functionality
β’ Work closely with creative services on developing content that speaks to what the customers are looking for and that is competitive within the marketplace that follow brand guidelines
β’ Evaluate the impact of website content and product assortments to improve customer experience and use learned data for future planning and content development
Qualifications
β’ Bachelorβs degree in business or related field, preferred
β’ 1+ years in similar role
β’ Experience with tools like Smart Edit CMS (or other CMS tool), BazaarVoice Ratings & Reviews, Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Analytics and JIRA are a plus

The salary range for this opportunity is $47,500 - $60,000. Base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job related knowledge, skills and experience, among other factors.
