Role Overview We are looking for a driven and creative Influencer Account Manager to lead strategic collaborations with influencers and celebrities. This role goes beyond traditional influencer management – you’ll be working closely with internal product development teams to co-create exclusive private label beauty and fragrance collections, manage execution timelines, and bring compelling product stories to life. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role blending influencer partnerships, category development, and project management. Key Responsibilities Influencer & Talent Management β€’ Identify and onboard relevant influencers and celebrity partners for exclusive collaborations in fragrance and beauty. β€’ Act as the main point of contact for all influencer-related communication, from concept development to campaign execution. β€’ Translate influencer brand personas into market-ready products and co-branded campaigns. Product Co-Creation & Development β€’ Collaborate with design, sourcing, and regulatory teams to develop private label SKUs in alignment with influencer vision and brand standards. β€’ Coordinate sampling, testing and approvals for fragrance, packaging, and formulas. β€’ Stay updated on industry and consumer trends to influence product roadmap and assortment decisions. Project Management β€’ Maintain critical path timelines, ensuring smooth execution across internal and external stakeholders. β€’ Track deliverables, sample status, packaging development, and influencer approvals. β€’ Ensure all product and campaign components are launch-ready before go-live dates. Campaign Readiness & Content Coordination β€’ Support campaign planning, briefing, and shoot coordination in alignment with influencer product launches. β€’ Work with marketing and e-commerce teams to align PDP content, social assets, and merchandising. Vendor & Supply Coordination β€’ Liaise with vendors and manufacturers on specs, production timelines, and cost negotiations. β€’ Partner with logistics and planning teams to ensure on-time delivery and stock availability. Analytics & Performance Tracking β€’ Monitor influencer campaign KPIs, product performance, and sell-through rates. β€’ Provide regular reporting on ROI, campaign effectiveness, and insights for future collaborations. Qualifications β€’ Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. β€’ 1–2 years of experience in influencer management, celebrity partnerships, or beauty/fragrance product development. β€’ Solid project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities and timelines. β€’ Deep knowledge of GCC influencer landscape and strong network in the beauty/lifestyle space. β€’ Strong communication and negotiation skills. β€’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of PLM tools or AI/AR applications is a plus. β€’ Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage.
