We’re growing fast and seeking a dynamic, results-driven Affiliate and Commerce Marketing Manager to supercharge our affiliate, influencer, and commerce partnerships, driving brand growth and revenue.
About the Role
This high-impact role is for a savvy marketing candidate with a knack for creative storytelling, relationship-building and data driven optimization. You’ll own and scale our affiliate and commerce marketing programs, leveraging cutting-edge tools and strategies to elevate Vestaboard’s brand and maximize ROI across social media.
What You’ll Do
Identify, recruit, and onboard diverse affiliate, influencer (including micro- and niche influencers), and commerce media partners (including major media outlets) in the US and global markets.
Manage end-to-end affiliate and commerce programs using platforms like Impact and ShareASale integrating AI-driven analytics for optimization.
Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, multi-touch attribution, and performance tracking to boost engagement and revenue.
Collaborate with creative and content teams to craft compelling, brand-aligned assets and storytelling for partners.
Deliver actionable KPI reports, ROI insights, and strategic recommendations using tools like Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, and HubspotStay ahead of trends in affiliate marketing, social commerce (e.g., TikTok Shop, Instagram Checkout), and global publisher ecosystems
Explore innovative partnerships to enhance customer retention and lifetime value.
Who You Are
Personable, persuasive, and skilled at building strong, trust-based relationships with individuals and businesses.Strongly familiar with social commerce platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok).
