• Establish strong partnerships with influential U.S. creators and PR resources to accelerate brand awareness and engagement for LEVEL8.
• Execute influencer marketing campaigns including organic gifting, paid collaborations, and brand ambassador programs to drive customer acquisition.
• Identify, onboard, and manage a targeted roster of U.S.-based influencers (nano to macro) with a focus on Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Continuously optimize influencer sourcing, engagement, and retention strategies for the U.S. market.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align influencer activations with product launches, marketing campaigns, and experiential events.
• Partner with creative teams to leverage influencer-generated content across marketing channels.

Requirements
• 3+ years of influencer marketing experience for a direct-to-consumer brand (U.S. market focus).

• Deep understanding of U.S. culture and social media landscape; ability to identify and engage culturally relevant influencers.
• Existing network of U.S.-based influencers and PR contacts.
• Strong relationship-building skills with ability to negotiate and manage partnerships.
• Native-level English proficiency; excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with social media analytics and measurement tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint/Keynote.
