Influencer Marketing Associate Location: Remote in NY Position Overview We seek a highly motivated Influencer Marketing Associate to drive brand visibility and execute innovative creator campaigns for our portfolio of fashion brands. In this pivotal role, you’ll connect brands with cross-platform influencers, cultivating relationships that deliver measurable impact through online/offline initiatives. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement data-driven influencer marketing strategies. Identify, negotiate with, and manage creators aligned with brand aesthetics. Own end-to-end campaigns from outreach to performance analysis. (Existing fashion influencer relationships preferred.) 1. Campaign Management: Oversee campaign planning, contract negotiations, budget allocation, and KPI framework development to maximize ROI. 1. Creator Sourcing & Development: Proactively identify high-performing fashion/footwear influencers across social platforms. Build long-term partnerships and cultivate a scalable network for rapid-response campaigns. 1. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Social Strategy, Brand Marketing, and Paid Media teams to align influencer initiatives with overarching business objectives. 1. Performance Optimization: Analyze campaign metrics, derive actionable insights, and refine strategies to enhance effectiveness and efficiency. Qualifications 1. Bachelor’s degree + 2+ years of influencer marketing experience (fashion/apparel industry preferred). 1. Deep knowledge of social platforms, fashion creator ecosystems, and emerging influencer trends. 1. Proven success in scaling creator programs, optimizing KPIs, and managing budgets. 1. Strong understanding of e-commerce dynamics, including traffic generation for Amazon storefronts and DTC sites. 1. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to foster brand-influencer partnerships. 1.
