Role description

NOTE: This role is based in NYC. LOLA & QRx operate a flexible, hybrid office policy in which employees are expected to be in-person on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. LOLA & QRx are wholly owned subsidiaries of Lyra, a collective of brands in the Personal Care and Family categories, dedicated to caring for our customers and their loved ones. We are hiring an Integrated Marketing Lead to lead integrated marketing efforts across all owned and earned channels for LOLA and QRx. In this role, you’ll set the strategic marketing vision and plan for LOLA and QrX while overseeing day-to-day marketing operations, brand positioning, and 360° campaigns to drive awareness and reach, customer acquisition, and share of voice. This role reports into the GM, SVP of LOLA and QRx. What you'll do: Integrated Marketing Oversight: • Act as the central owner for LOLA’s and QR’s content calendars and integrated 360° campaign planning • Partner with the Performance Marketing team to build cohesive, cross-channel programs • Oversee organic social and influencer strategy, managing our Social & Influencer Strategist, who owns this function • Oversee web content strategy and SEO, managing our agency • Own and drive PR, partnerships, events, and branded merchandise programs • Collaborate with Lifecycle Marketing Manager on lifecycle channels and retention marketing strategies (email, SMS, direct mail) • Ensure cohesive strategy and messaging across performance marketing, customer experience, retail, wholesale, and B2B channels Brand Marketing: • Own brand strategy and positioning, and steward LOLA and QRx’s brand voice, tone, identity, and values • Oversee brand storytelling, messaging, and creative briefing • Maintain and evolve brand guidelines in collaboration with Creative & Design • Safeguard brand reputation and ensure consistent representation across all touchpoints Requirements • 8–10 years of integrated marketing experience with proven experience owning 360° marketing campaigns and content calendars • Strong background in brand strategy, positioning, and brand marketing ownership (including mission, values, personas) • Experience in brand partnerships, organic social, and influencer programs • Experience managing direct reports and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment; skilled in prioritization, delegation, and talent development • Proven leadership track record in rolling out strategy, securing cross-functional buy-in, and representing a brand externally (trade shows, industry events, activations) • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills • Comfortable flexing between big-picture strategy and hands-on execution • Strong editorial skills; confident in refining voice, tone, and storytelling across mediums Benefits • Flexible PTO • Medical, dental and vision coverage • 401K match • Paid Family Leave • Life Insurance • Short & Long Term Disability • Professional development stipend • Pet insurance discounts • Commuter benefits • Flexible hybrid work schedule • Fully stocked kitchen (snacks, beverages and more!)
