Integrated Marketing Manager
The Integrated Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic marketing initiatives of the organization and will be a hands-on contributor, driving the growth and success of the marketing department while actively participating in the execution of key initiatives. This role will develop long-term strategies and ensure seamless alignment between marketing objectives and company goals. With a focus on departmental growth and campaign performance, the Marketing Manager will be instrumental in shaping the future of the company’s marketing efforts.

Integrated Marketing Manager
Essential Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a technology-based environment.
• Bachelors’ degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in WordPress with the creation and modification of advanced pages, including pages with several media types, including video.
• Experience in WooCommerce to add products, optimize SEO for products, and update/make changes, as required (similar platforms, such as Shopify or Big Commerce may also qualify).
• Highly proficient in common photo creation/editing tools, including but not limited to, Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.), Canva, and any other tools.
• Tracked success running and maintaining PPC campaigns on several platforms, including but not limited to Google, Bing, social media platforms, etc.
• Expert in updating, managing and maintaining SEO to optimize searchability and top search results.
• Experience in planning internal and external events, such as trade events, quarterly company events, etc.
• Experience in monitoring and enhancing the EX and CX at a company through external events, internal competitions, or other means as seen fit.
• Highly proficient in working with social media platforms, like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn. Utilizes 3rd party software like HootSuite to support the distribution of content to these platforms.
• Experience working within a CRM, such as HubSpot, for contact management, pipeline tracking and marketing tools.
• Confident and has experience running online/in-person meetings with customers or vendors.
• Expert communication skills, including interacting with V-suite and C-suite shareholders for performance updates and recommendations.
• Experience working with common digital signage applications to enhance internal marketing at the company, such as Wallboard.
• Highly proficient in working with tools like Word, Excel and PowerPoint (can create templates and enhance the visual design and execution of PowerPoint files to support the sales team).
• Creativity backed by a positive and energetic attitude
• Understanding of Ideal Customer Profiles, Buyer Personas, and Buyer’s Journey
• Strong ability to multitask and execute tasks based upon deadlines utilizing Microsoft Planner or equivalent project tool.
• Ability to think outside of the box and launch creative campaigns both internally and externally
• Ability, knowledge, and background to organize materials within SharePoint
• Understanding of budgets and ROI
• Works well individually or leading a group of people as may be required upon future growth.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in the computer hardware and IT Managed Services industry is highly recommended for this position, as the applicant will be marketing PC hardware and managed services primarily. In addition, familiarity with Managed Services toolsets, such as ConnectWise and other industry-leading companies, will give the candidate a significant head start.
• 1-2 years of experience with mainstream video editing tools.
• Experience with common audio recording software and tools, such as microphones, mixers, etc.
Duties
• Manage, coach, direct and lead a successful marketing division, working hand in hand with the Director of Sales in the Hardware and Managed IT Services division.
• Plan and develop Marketing strategies
• Oversee and Manage Company Website to include optimization, analytics, audits, SEO, WooCommerce and engagement.
• Execute Marketing campaigns intended to foster lead generation
• Oversee HubSpot CRM for email and marketing management, including the HubSpot marketing modules
• Develop and execute product marketing strategies
• Plan, Execute and optimize email marketing campaigns
• Plan and oversee internal and external marketing events
• Coordinate with all departments to fulfill marketing KPI’s
• Carry and lead by example the TrinWare Core Values
• Other duties as assigned by the Technical Production Manager or President
Relationships
• The Integrated Marketing Manager will report directly to the Director of Sales – Custom Computer Hardware Division. In addition, you’ll complete projects for several other members of our leadership team, which consists of 5 total members. We have a significant amount of experience in working with a team and look forward to working with you!
Hours
• Monday – Friday 8AM – 5:30PM. Schedule may vary up to 40+ hours per week. Set hours to be determined and may fluctuate with operations, external weekend events, etc.
Salary
• The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $100,000 OTE per year, commensurate with experience and may include a SPIFF bonus.
