Overview Splendid Spoon is seeking a strategic, creative, and execution-driven Integrated Marketing Manager to lead content and channel strategy across digital platforms. This role will manage brand storytelling, growth partnerships, and campaign execution across web, email, and social—supporting our mission to catalyze the adoption of plant-forward eating by taking the work out of changing your diet. This is an exciting opportunity to partner with founders & co-CEOs on re-introducing two sister brands (Splendid Spoon and Mosaic Foods).  Our business has been laser-focused on revamped product offering to ensure our food experience delivers on our long-held mission to make whole, plant-forward food both easy and delicious. Our brands are now ready to be reintroduced, as experts in the art (flavor) and science (function) of plant-forward convenience. Key Responsibilities • Work with founders to develop content strategy across web, social, and email—driving ideation, production, and optimization. • Manage creative workflows from campaign briefing to delivery with high on-time execution. • Create and repurpose compelling, UGC-style content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and more. • Use analytics to refine content and improve engagement, reach, and performance. • Build and scale creator, ambassador and affiliate programs from the ground up. • Source, brief, and manage creator relationships to deliver on performance goals. • Foster brand partnerships and collaborate on joint campaigns and activations. • Partner with Co-CEOs, designers, editors, and contractors to ensure cohesive brand storytelling. • Contribute to growth strategies and new marketing approaches. About You • 5+ years of digital marketing experience, with emphasis on social-first content and channel management. • Proven success managing influencer and affiliate programs. • Love of storytelling through digital tools and platforms • Innate curiosity around the evolving landscape of social media and video storytelling as a conduit for deep engagement between brand and community • Excellent communication and relationship building skills. • Strong creative vision and ability to brief and collaborate with creative teams. • Proficiency in Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and emerging social platforms. • Skilled in tools like Photoshop, Figma and/or Canva and native editing apps; familiar with Shopify, Klaviyo, and affiliate tools like Impact. • Comfortable with AI tools for content creation and social listening. • Data-driven with strong project management skills. • Understanding of performance marketing metrics (e.g. CPA, ROAS). • Passionate about plant-forward eating and how we might contribute to the health and longevity of people and the planet. • Entrepreneurial - energized by building from the ground up with a strong sense of ownership, optimism, and resilience. • Resourceful, flexible, and collaborative problem solver who thrives in a dynamic environment.  Compensation & Benefits • Base Salary: $100,000–$125,000 base salary, commensurate with experience. • Health/Dental/Vision: Monthly reimbursement options available. • Paid Time Off: Unlimited PTO policy plus recognized company holidays. • Flexible Work Arrangement: Hybrid (80% remote / 20% in person) within the New York / Tri-State Area.
