We’re looking for a Full-Time Internal Tools & Web Developer to join our team. You’ll work with our in-house developer and operations staff to build smart, practical tools that help us run more efficiently and improve our website to make it easier for customers to shop, order, and interact with us. This role is about solving real problems with technology, both behind the scenes and customer-facing.

Job Brief
Your main responsibility will be designing and developing internal systems that streamline production, shipping, and daily operations, such as custom shipping label systems, production tracking tools, and workflow automation. You’ll also help maintain and improve our customer website, making it more user-friendly, efficient, and reliable.
You’ll work directly with the operations team, production staff, and customer experience team to understand real-world needs and deliver solutions that make a difference.
This is a full-time, on-site role in Bristol. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break. Being on-site is crucial to maintaining system uptime, ease of communication and availability to fix hardware issues at a moments notice.
Job Duties
• Build and maintain internal tools alongside our in-house developer
• Extend and improve our PHP-based internal system for order tracking, production, and shipping
• Design custom systems for label generation, production workflows, and stock management
• Develop web-based tools and dashboards for staff across different departments
• Stay up to date with and propose new technologies that can be utilised in our workflow.
• Improve and maintain our customer website, making it easier to navigate, order from, and interact with
• Identify pain points in our internal workflows and customer journey and build solutions to fix them
• Work directly with staff and management to scope projects, gather feedback, and deploy solutions
• Test, deploy, and support tools and website updates in a live environment
• Document systems and help train staff when new tools go live
Compensation
Starting salary of £33,000 per year. Negotiable upon experience and room to grow with the company.
