Family-owned and proudly crafted in the UK, we’ve disrupted the formula category with our unique whole milk recipe. Our products are stocked in major retailers worldwide, including Target, Walmart, Boots, and Tesco. With ambitious plans to expand across global markets and into new product categories, we are looking for an International Brand Executive to help drive our brand growth and ensure consistent, high-impact marketing across multiple countries.
About the Role
As our International Brand Executive, you will be instrumental in expanding the Kendal Nutricare brand globally. Acting as the key link between global leadership, country marketing teams, and distributor partners, you will ensure the brand remains consistent, compliant, and impactful across all markets. You will support our current export markets while helping to establish new international territories, directly influencing how our brand grows worldwide. Your expertise will guide the localization of marketing strategies, the sharing of best practices, and the alignment of campaigns with the Kendal Nutricare vision. Responsibilities
• International Market Liaison: Day-to-day coordination with country and distributor marketing teams.
• Brand Management: Develop and provide localized brand guidelines, messaging, and asset compliance.
• Marketing Asset Management: Prepare monthly marketing asset packs, manage brand packs, and ensure compliance & optimisation.
• Event Support: Assist with international shows and brand events.
• Strategic Support: Partner with international leadership on new market research, opportunity analysis, and strategic evaluation.
• Best Practices & Training: Facilitate sharing of best practices, onboarding packs, and training for distributor teams.
• Monitoring & Reporting: Track compliance and brand implementation across markets; provide proactive marketing support.
Qualifications
Essential:
• 2–5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or product management within FMCG, nutrition, or related industries.
• Experience supporting international or multi-market campaigns.
• Strong understanding of consumer behaviour, brand strategy, and marketing communications.
• Excellent project management and organisational skills.
• Fluent in English plus Spanish or German.
• Strong communication skills, able to collaborate with cross-functional teams across different regions.
• Proactive, creative, and data-driven approach to problem-solving.
Desirable Experience:
• Experience in infant nutrition, baby food, or healthcare products.
• Familiarity with digital marketing, e-commerce, or social media campaigns.
• Multilingual skills (especially German and Spanish) are a plus.
• Experience working with agencies or partners in multiple international markets.
