Job Summary
The International Marketing Associate will support the International Marketing Director in developing and executing impactful brand differentiation strategies to drive profitable growth across key international markets.
This role requires close collaboration with Global Brand teams—including Marketing, Media, Social, Education & Events, Store Design/Visual Merchandising, and Supply Chain —as well as ELC Regional teams and select retail partners. The Associate will be responsible for ensuring that all marketing initiatives are effectively executed in-market, aligned with brand strategy, and uphold the integrity of our brand equity.

Key Responsibilities
• Affiliate Strategic Planning: Partner closely with regional teams to prioritize marketing programs and investments that drive brand growth and awareness
• Develop and execute comprehensive 360° regional marketing plans tailored to each market.
• Brief Global Brand teams on local consumer engagement strategies, including media campaigns, emerging trends, key selling moments (KSM), and influencer/PR activations.
• Lead cross-functional coordination between Global and the Affiliate during key local launches and commercial moments, ensuring seamless execution of trade marketing initiatives (e.g. store takeover, podium)
• Work with the regions to define and manage regional assortment strategies, including maximization of NPL and hero products, sub-category expansion opportunities, sampling priorities, travel-size and value-set needs, SKU optimization and rationalization
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, category trends, and market intelligence to influence global brand strategy and contribute to data-driven market plans.
• Direct International Retailers / Distributors: Oversee the execution of brand plans and day-to-day operations with direct markets and distributors.
• Lead planning and implementation of retail marketing activities across e-commerce, social media, influencer partnerships, digital media, CRM, sampling, and in-store activations.
• Serve as the key operational contact for retailers, responsible for PO processing and new line form submissions, asset delivery and seasonal updates (assortment, new product launches, LOG), forecasting for new launches
• Assist with additional tasks or projects to meet evolving business needs
Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Management
• Minimum 3 years of retail marketing or account management experience, preferably in cosmetics industry and in relation with international markets
• Show strong cross-functional collaboration skills
• Excellent with execution

• Must possess strong analytical skills
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure effectively & efficiently
• Organized and detail oriented in both managing tasks and budget tracking
