Grand Homes is currently in search of an Online Sales Counselor who will manage our online sales and marketing initiatives. The position will respond to, qualify, and manage leads and customer requests for new homes.

Requirements
โข Respond to all e-mail and phone leads immediately - no more than 3 minutes.
โข Qualify the leads and direct them to the appropriate community that meets their needs.
โข Provide consistent follow-up (email and phone) to online prospects to set an appointment with the Onsite Sales Agent.
โข Provide information and marketing materials to prospects.
โข Respond to the sales line and voicemail for leads.
โข Work with the prospect to determine the best community and floor plan.
โข Utilize lead-management software.
โข Create and deliver ongoing e-mail campaigns.
โข Track and report on lead activity and sales.
โข Monitor third-party websites and online advertising.
โข Continually research the competition and their online activities, Incentive Promotions and Marketing Strategies, tactics, and tools.
Job Qualifications
โข At least one year of sales and/or marketing experience. Heavy Customer Service experience
โข Customer-focused and personable.
โข Proven e-mail and phone communication skills.
โข Sales contact management database experience.
โข Solid organizational, planning, and management skills.
โข Maintain focus while working in an unstructured environment with nominal supervision.
โข Ability to multi-task and manage time well.
โข Must be able to learn and follow a proven sales process.
โข Mandatory work on weekends due to real estate.
โข Attend Grand Homes Sales Teleblitz; Two Thursday evenings per month.
โข Must have an email-enabled phone.
Days/Hours
โข Office hours 9 am to 6 pm and Sunday 12noon - 6 pm
โข Website lead follow-up via phone or e-mail is expected from 8 am - 9 pm, depending on seasonal volume.
โข 5 Day work week with days off - arranged with other onsite sales rep to have emails and phones covered every day
Compensation
โข Salary: Base salary of $28,000 plus bonus structure on appointments booked & contracts accepted - up to $100,000+ potential salary
