The role
This is an excellent opportunity for an early career marketer looking for breadth of experience and ownership over marketing decisions. You’ll own and execute Odicci’s growth engine and brand — from lead-gen and SEO to paid media, and marketing automation.
We’re looking for:
• A generalist marketer, a specialist looking to expand their marketing skills, or someone who wants to try their hand at owning more of the marketing process at a fast-growing start up.
What that looks like:
• Paid media expert: can own audience research, look-alike audience targeting, Ad Group testing, variants / A/B testing, and CPL optimisation.
• Executes on A/B tested data-driven acquisition for media channel mastery.
• Knows how to turn long-form content into 20 assets across every channel with automations and AI.
• Can spin up SEO’d blogs, landing pages, email drip & sequencing, and video/social content and scripts.
• Influencer and creator outreach.
• Has technical SEO knowledge (Keyword Research, Technical, On-Page, Content, etc.)
This role works closely with sales, product and leadership.
What you bring:
• Experience with branding, video editing tools, Canva, Wordpress, etc.
• Fluent in SEO, WordPress, Elementor, and growth tooling (GA, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Surfer, HubSpot, etc).
• Experience running paid social campaigns (Meta, etc.)
• Hands-on with AI tools and agents — you know how to chain prompts, spin content, and automate workflows using n8n, Zapier, Make, Claude, GPTs, etc.
• Obsessed with systems, scale, and efficiency — not just great ideas, but great execution.
Bonus:
• Proven track record of generating pipeline through multi-channel campaigns via a strong growth portfolio (SEO, content examples, paid media, etc.)
• Experience at a leading advertising agency is a strong plus — we value marketers who’ve thrived in fast-paced, client-facing environments with high creative standards.
• OR Experience at a high-growth B2B SaaS startup or scaleup.
What you’ll do:
• Own the growth marketing operations & strategy — SEO, paid social, email, video, content, influencers, automations, AI agents, all of it.
• Run A/B-tested paid social campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, etc.—and scale what works.
• Create viral-worthy content that drives digital gravity & top-of-funnel attention and leads.
• Write SEO long-form content that ranks for relevant keywords and converts leads.
• Use AI agents to spin blog content into:
• Video scripts (YouTube Shorts, Reels, TikTok’s, etc.)
• Carousel content for LinkedIn
• Ad copy, landing pages, remarketing flows
• Email sequences and demo nurturing assets
• Work in WordPress (Elementor) / Hubspot to ship, optimise, and split-test landing pages fast.
• Build and optimise our technical SEO foundation (schema, page speed, crawl health, etc).
• Manage our HubSpot workflows, segmentation, scoring, and automations.
• Leverage influencer/creator arbitrage to drive cost-effective reach and UGC at scale.
• Partner with Product and Sales on:
• Whitepapers and gated content
• Product demo assets and sales enablement
• Event growth strategies for #GAMEON and industry trade shows
• Constantly ship, test, and iterate based on data — what works, scales. What doesn’t, dies.
