Role Overview We’re looking for a hands-on IT Systems Manager who thrives on solving problems, understanding how systems connect, and keeping business-critical operations running smoothly. This is a deeply execution-focused role—ideal for someone who enjoys getting into the detail, identifying root causes, and collaborating across teams to deliver robust, customer-ready solutions. You’ll act as the first line of defence between support tickets and our Developer team, manage day-to-day priorities, and take full ownership of QA and IT operations across the business. This is not a hands-off managerial or architectural role. You’ll be in the thick of it—configuring, troubleshooting, and improving the systems that power our E-commerce and operational platforms. What We’re Looking For · A natural problem solver with a strong grasp of how systems interconnect and fail · Hands-on experience with NetSuite, Celigo, and ideally Magento or similar D2C platforms · Strong systems thinking—you instinctively understand downstream impacts · Confident working independently, but collaborative when needed · Comfortable with configuration, integration, light scripting, and process improvement · Experience managing QA processes and ensuring customer-ready outcomes · Strong communicator who can bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams Core Responsibilities · Administer and configure NetSuite to meet evolving business needs · Manage and troubleshoot Celigo integration flows across platforms including Magento, WMS, Tipalti, Digital Genius, and RF-Smart · Investigate and resolve low-level system issues independently · Collaborate with all areas of the business to understand problems and opportunities, and translate them into clear, actionable scopes for development · Act as a gatekeeper for support tickets: triage, prioritise, and route based on business impact · Manage day-to-day ticket and project prioritisation aligned with the systems roadmap and business needs · Own and execute end-to-end QA testing to ensure all developments meet the brief and are customer-ready · Think like a customer—ensuring systems and fixes deliver a seamless experience · Manage all IT systems and support for colleagues, collaborating with outsourced IT support provider Strategic Input · Contribute to the systems roadmap by identifying gaps and inefficiencies · Align day-to-day execution with long-term business and technology goals · Collaborate with Ops, Finance, and Tech to ensure systems evolve in line with business priorities · Help ensure a joined-up experience across platforms through smart integration What you'll get: • Competitive Salary • Private Health Insurance with Vitality. • Ruroc on-site Gym with free Personal Training sessions. • One-off payment of up to £250 for motorcycle lessons/test. • One-off payment of up to £250 for skiing/snowboarding lessons. • £1,000 Ruroc gift card. • 50% discount for you, your family, and friends off of Ruroc products
