What to expect on a day to day basis: Website Content Management β€’ Coordinate and maintain brand marketing and trade calendars. β€’ Ensure website content is accurate, timely, on-brand, and aligned with campaigns. β€’ Provide complete product information for seamless onboarding and site accuracy. β€’ Collaborate with Total Platform Trade Manager on product launches, site changes and promotions. Total Platform by Next is a B2B e-commerce solution providing Joules with comprehensive services like website management, warehousing, logistics, customer care, marketing and data management, allowing us to focus on product whilst Total Platform handles online business growth and innovation. β€’ Monitor site performance and resolve issues quickly with Total Platform. β€’ Execute CRM and email campaigns with Total Platform, aligning with brand tone and objectives. β€’ Brief creative teams on email content, design and segmentation using customer insights. β€’ Track and analyse CRM performance, providing insights and recommendations. Collaboration and Project Management β€’ Serve as the central point of contact between Joules and Total Platform for ecommerce and CRM. β€’ Coordinate cross-functional communication between brand teams and Total Platform teams. β€’ Brief internal and external teams on marketing assets and content, ensuring timely delivery. β€’ Track campaign execution across digital channels, flagging issues or delays. β€’ Communicate all brand activity to Total Platform for cohesive digital integration. β€’ Work with Campaign Manager, Product Marketing Manager and creative leads for cohesive seasonal campaign plans. Optimisation and Innovation β€’ Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and website performance, collaborating with Total Platform. β€’ Stay current on ecommerce and CRM best practices, sharing insights for digital growth. β€’ Conduct competitor analysis and trend scouting. β€’ Ensure brand priorities are consistently reflected in digital execution. About You: From a technical and operational perspective, it would also be advantageous if you: β€’ Have demonstrable experience within a similar role in order to hit the ground running. β€’ Experience within a retail, ecommerce, or coordination based marketing role is highly desirable. β€’ Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders. β€’ Clear and confident communicator β€” able to translate brand vision into actionable briefs and digital executions, as well as present ideas and briefs to senior management for sign-off. β€’ Detail-oriented and highly accurate . β€’ Proactive, solutions-focused and calm under pressure β€” able to anticipate roadblocks and act quickly. β€’ Comfortable working cross-functionally across internal teams and external partners. This role is office based working onsite, as we believe this is where we make the best decisions together.
