Summary
The Junior Full Stack Developer will utilize a variety of coding languages to operate and maintain both front- and back-end software and web applications. The position will assist and collaborate with the Full Stack Developer, internal management and any integrated platform developers to help plan, maintain and improve application performance. This will include, but is not limited to, server-side logic and API integrations, continually enhancing visual design and functionality of multiple websites, applying UX / UI concepts and mobile-first best practices, analyzing data, identifying bug fixes and ensuring code quality.

Build reusable and maintainable codebases while adhering to the software development lifecycle.
Design and implement scalable web services, applications and APIs.
Help develop and maintain W3C compliant HTML/CSS/PHP/JQuery/JavaScript page level code, while coordinating with internal and external providers to increase web performance and usability.
Ensure cross-platform optimization and responsiveness of applications across all device types
Create intuitive dashboards for analyzing website data, consumer actions/trends and housing marketing material from external vendors
Provide UAT for all new features developed for retail B2C/B2B sites, new site launches and larger implementation efforts
Create quality creative deliverables for multiple B2C and B2B ecommerce websites, online advertising, and email marketing campaign initiatives
Experiment, establish and execute online marketing goals through implementing and maintaining strategy, content management, email marketing, advertising, promotions, mailing lists, social media, surveys, focus groups and innovative web development/utilization.
Coordinate SEO and content to ensure premium search results and compelling brand and product stories reach target demographics
Create custom integrations for new web features on retail B2C/B2B
Work on multiple projects involving various workflows, personnel and delivery dates
Provide B2C eCommerce design updates, reporting and KPI tracking
Collaborate, support and provide guidance to content creators, technical personnel, service providers, marketing team members, product development team members, consultants and external providers on projects, campaigns, email marketing initiatives, general deliverables/queries, social media, general site optimization and search engine optimization.
Assist with the organizationβs advertising and promotional activities specifically linked to web presence such as contests, tours and seminars.
Help manage web development product lifecycle (research, plan, design, create, develop, test, maintain) while utilizing a variety of coding languages and tools
Maintain communications with external providers by providing support, performing design reviews, code reviews, QA and unit testing
Prepare general and specific online marketing/sales reports on request or in preparation for presentations
Create and manage coupon codes, promotions and campaigns for retail B2C sites in SFCC and loyalty programs
Assist in retail B2C/B2B marketing email efforts from asset creation to curating inclusion/exclusion lists and setting campaigns
Qualifications
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Bachelor's Degree (B. S.) in Computer Science or Software Engineering from four-year College or university; or two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
High skill level in IDEs/Code Editors, Photoshop, Illustrator, Mac and/or PC Skills, and an understanding of new internet technologies. Familiarity with web usability standards, best practices, and implementation is necessary.
Proficiency in/with
β’ HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, XML
β’ CSS preprocessors (Sass/LESS), bundlers (Webpack) and associated languages
β’ Frameworks/Libraries such as Angular, ReactJS, jQuery, Bootstrap
