We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Jr. Graphic Design Coordinator to support our Digital Designer of E-Commerce & Wholesale Marketing team. In this role, you will play a key part in how content is created and distributed globally, working closely with talented cross-functional teams to ensure digital efficiency and brand consistency. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career to gain hands-on experience in fashion e-commerce and wholesale marketing. Responsibilities • Format and prepare imagery for web updates, including collection banners, marketing tiles, on-page image refreshes, and other creative requests. • Create Facebook Commerce imagery, ShopRunner assets, and refresh Amazon A+ content. • Produce monthly wholesale creative materials such as buzzsheets and related assets. • Load email/SMS campaigns into Attentive. • Assist with light image retouching. • Support internal and external graphic design requests as needed. Requirements • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience (corporate fashion, e-commerce, or strong internships). • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. • Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills and workflow optimization ability.
